Steel Structure Workshop
Product Introduction

Steel structures are structures composed of steel materials and represent one of the primary types of architectural structures. The structure mainly consists of components such as beam steel, steel columns, and steel trusses made from structural steel profiles and steel plates, and undergoes rust removal and anti-corrosion processes including silanization, pure manganese phosphating, water washing and drying, and galvanizing. These components or parts are typically connected by welds, bolts, or rivets. Due to their light weight and ease of construction, they are widely used in large-scale factories, stadiums, ultra-high-rise buildings, and other similar applications.

The company’s production base features modern, continuous-span workshops and six automated production lines for light and heavy steel structures, with an annual capacity to fabricate and process 100,000 tons of various steel components. Equipped with complete fabrication and installation facilities and backed by strong technical expertise, the company has truly achieved mechanization, automation, and digitalization throughout its production processes. In recent years, the company has undertaken and successfully completed numerous projects involving portal steel frame and space-frame industrial buildings, as well as large-span, high-rise, and multi-story heavy steel structure projects. Additionally, it has excelled in the fabrication and manufacturing of box girders, lattice columns, bridges, and large-scale equipment steel components, earning unanimous praise from a wide range of customers.
