“Firecrackers herald a new year of joy, and gentle snow foretells a bountiful harvest. After enjoying a joyful and harmonious Spring Festival holiday, Meiyada Group held its 2022 Spring Work Kick-off Rally on February 14. The meeting proceeded smoothly under the leadership of Chairman Li Ruyou, President Li Yong, Vice President Ma Jicheng, and other senior executives.”

At the start of the conference, Vice President Ma Jicheng of the Group conveyed the spirit of the meeting and read out its key contents, providing detailed explanations of both the company’s current situation and the new management system arrangements. Amid enthusiastic applause, Group President Li Yong was invited to deliver a statement on future work. In his speech, President Li gave a comprehensive review of the past year’s efforts and achievements, offered an optimistic outlook for this year, and provided clear instructions for the ongoing work.

Subsequently, heads of the company’s various departments and outstanding representatives delivered motivational speeches on their respective areas of responsibility, encouraging everyone to strive diligently toward the established goals, remain down-to-earth, faithfully fulfill their job duties, move forward with greater enthusiasm, lay a solid foundation for the factory’s development, confidently and successfully complete their tasks, and create a brilliant tomorrow!

At the conclusion of the meeting, Li Ruyou, Chairman of the Group, summarized and commented on the meeting, provided clear guidance for all tasks in 2022, and put forward detailed requirements, as follows:
1. Strengthen multi-party management, reduce work errors, enhance awareness of energy conservation, consumption reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. Take a broad view while paying attention to details, and ensure that everyone loves their job and is dedicated to their duties.
2. Increase the reward and punishment mechanism; encourage everyone to pool ideas and contribute suggestions. Reward those who come up with effective strategies to generate profits for the factory, thereby stimulating and boosting the enthusiasm of all employees.
3. Strengthen quality management, comprehensively improve product quality, and rigorously conduct quality inspections throughout the entire engineering process to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
4. Focus intensely on safety management, provide comprehensive functional training, ensure production safety, and prevent any safety incidents from occurring.
5. Develop a sound market plan, provide excellent service to existing customers while actively acquiring new ones, implement on-demand production, eliminate production backlogs and incomplete procedures, and prevent product stagnation and capital accumulation.
